Sovina 500 is an project that aims totest new recipes, 500L at a time. This year we wentto assist the harvest at Quinta do Ameal, in Ponte deLima. After harvesting, we mixed the grape juicewith the beer and co-fermented it with Saison yeast.The result is something unique - a hybrid of 30%grape must, 70% beer. with subtle juiciness andlingering notes of orchard fruit.

Original Gravity (% Plato Degrees): 13.7
Preferred Best Before Date: 12 months after keeping (see bottle and keg)
