At the time known as Ameal Escolha.

This wine originates from two plots on the Estate. Aged between 6 months and a year in the barrel, followed by one year of bottle-ageing. Approximately 4.000 bottles produced.

Production Method: Integrated Production (SATIVA certified).
Soil Type: Granite, sandy loam soil.
Loureiro
Hand-picked grapes, pressed whole in pneumatic press. Must clarification during 48h at low temperatures. Fermentation in French oak barrels.
On fine lees in French oak barrels for approximately 6 months.
Color: Yellow.
Aroma: Complex, with floral notes predominating, such as orange blossom, citrus aromas and spices resulting from barrel-ageing.
Palate: Good concentration and volume predominate. A long and persistent finish. Displays great cellaring potential.
