At the Wine Bar Chef Carlos Teixeira and his team are free to give space to creativity in bolder combinations, always focusing on local and fresh produce. It is a relaxed and modern space, with light and comfort food dishes, which invite sharing, but also to a tasting.

The menu is created daily, according to the seasonality and availability of each ingredient, governed by the principle of responsibility and the full use of ingredients. Some combinations and recipes accompany the menu from day one: slow-fermented bread, marinated olives, regional cheese boards, vegetables from our garden, and seasonal salad.

The meal is paired with wine and beer tastings, which represent pleasure, history, territory, and organic farming, characteristics that the Wine Bar shares with each of the Esporão origins - Herdade do Esporão, Quinta dos Murças, Quinta do Ameal, and Sovina.

Our suggestion: Have lunch here and do a wine and olive oil tasting. Then visit the wineries and mill, or simply discover our visit plans to understand the nature that guides us.
