Roast lamb with potatoes and sprouts Recipe
This Christmas, enjoy every moment at the family table with our suggestion, Roast Lamb with Potatoes and Sprouts.
(Serves 4)
Ingredients

1 kg of lamb in pieces

750 gr roast potatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil to taste

1 bay leaf

3 chopped garlic cloves

Paprika to taste

200 ml white wine

Thyme and rosemary to taste

1 bunch of sprouts

Preparation
Place the lamb on a baking tray. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaves, paprika, chopped garlic, olive oil, white wine, rosemary and thyme. Massage well to coat the lamb. Leave to marinate in the cold for at least 2 hours. Bake in the oven at 150ºC for 30 minutes. Peel the potatoes. After 30 minutes, turn the lamb over and add the potatoes. Place in the oven at 200ºC for around 45 minutes until well browned and toasted. Serve with a good dose of boiled or sautéed sprouts.
