Geradora Museum

The Geradora Museum reveals the extraordinary heritage of the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, Portugal’s oldest higher education institution dedicated to agricultural sciences. Through objects, scientific instruments, documents, images, and other materials preserved by the ISA, the exhibition traces the evolution of teaching, research, and agronomic knowledge, revealing the different ways agriculture has been studied and understood over time. More than preserving the memory of an institution, the Museum offers a window into the history of agronomic education in Portugal and the evolution of the knowledge that continues to shape the way we cultivate, produce and imagine the future of agriculture.
