For the third consecutive year, Esporão has been recognized as one of the 50 most admired wine producers from around the globe, occupying the 31st position in the ranking of The World’s Most Admired Wine Brands 2022, a distinction awarded by the prestigious magazine Drinks International.
According to Nuno Cabral, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Esporão, “this award shows that our journey in recent years, to make the finest products that nature provides, in a responsible and inspiring way, is substantiated, recognized and has helped to raise the image of Portuguese wines in the different markets where we operate.”
The list is voted for by an Academy of leading wine buyers, sommeliers, wholesalers, bar owners, Masters of Wine, writers and educators from six continents around the world. Drinks International editor Shay Waterworth said: “The World’s Most Admired Wine Brands 2022 showcases the most iconic, innovative, and respected producers in the world”.
