This edition of what was Esporão’s first certified organic wine, Colheita, showcases the singularities of the harvest, the various soil types of its vineyards and the identity of the selected grape varieties.
Partially fermented in concrete tulip tanks that created unique micro-oxygenation conditions that enhanced the wine’s character.
All these details come together to produce an intense and vibrant wine with a strong sense of place.
