Sovina 500 is a project that aims to test new recipes, 500L at a time. This American Pale Ale brings freshness, lightness, summer and warmth to the soul. A good dose of Talus, Cashmere, Mosaic and Sabro hops give it a citrusy and fruity flavour, that together with the malts, achieves its balance. It’s a case to say that: This APA is frankly good!
