The menu will be a surprise, crafted with produce from Herdade do Esporão’s organic vegetable garden. The Herdade do Esporão sommelier will be accompanied by a guest sommelier, creating perfect pairings between Esporão wines and the dishes served. The first lunch of the year will feature guest chefs Albert Franch & Carlos Henriques from Nolla Restaurant, a restaurant in Finland where gastronomy and sustainability go hand in hand.
