Mãos à Horta Join an exclusive lunch at the Herdade do Esporão restaurant
The restaurant at Herdade do Esporão will be hosting a exclusive gastronomic experience on October 26th.
A lunch with a privileged view of the vineyards, will see Chef Carlos Teixeira feature guest chefs Albert Franch & Carlos Henriques from Nolla Restaurant, a restaurant in Finland where gastronomy and sustainability go hand in hand. All ingredients will be sourced from local producers, and the dishes will be designed according to seasonality. The menu will be a surprise, crafted with produce from Herdade do Esporão’s organic vegetable garden. The Sommelier, Emanuel Granadeiro from Herdade do Esporão, will be joined by Pedro Escoto, sommelier at Feitoria Restaurant, creating perfect pairings between Esporão wines and the dishes served.
