About Esporão Olive Oil

Our olive oils are the expression of their land. Originating in the Alentejo, they are born from olive trees planted over time, which teach and inspire us every day. We value the indigenous varieties and extract the oil in our mill, at Herdade do Esporão, using sustainable methods and processes.
