Year 2025. Mediterranean–Continental climate. Higher average annual temperature and precipitation also well above average, concentrated in spring, followed by a summer with higher temperatures compared to the previous year.
Antão Vaz, Arinto, Verdelho.
Mechanical harvesting, followed by grape cooling and pressing. Cold settling prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 15 days.
Winemakers: José Moreira da Silva e Beatriz Mateus.
Color: Citrine yellow color.
Aroma: Direct nose, dominated by citrus fruit with light vegetal notes.
Palate: On the palate, enveloping with lively acidity, providing good tension and balance to the overall profile.
